Subject: Chord Req: Chords for 'Hugh the Graeme' From: Alex.S Date: 03 Feb 04 - 09:18 PM Does anyone have chord suggestions for "Hugh the Graeme" as sung by Ewan MacColl (preferably), or "Patrick Spens" as sung by Fairport Convention (the tunes are roughly equivalent)? I know this song has come up in a thread before, but I could not find a chord request! Thanks for your help. |
Subject: RE: Chord Req: Chords for 'Hugh the Graeme' From: Joe Offer Date: 04 Feb 04 - 02:54 AM Hi, Alex - well, it's not in the Essential Ewan MacColl songbook, but the Traditional Ballad Index says MacColl sang Bronson tune #6. Maybe some kind soul has Bronson and will send me the tune or post the chords. -Joe Offer- joe@mudcat.org |
