She became known as Munch after she attacked a few people including an exterminator who refused to ever enter my home again. Made me happy - I had nothing to exterminate. |

Subject: RE: BS good name for hamster From: GUEST,banjoman Date: 09 Feb 04 - 04:31 PM Did you know that the Hampster is the world's largest Rodent, but in spite of this fact only grows to a length of about 4 inches. Call it FangMy rabbits have all been named after characters from Star Trek - hence we currently have Bones (the Mum of the litter) Wesley and Seven of Nine. We previously had Geordie (born totally blind but a beautiful and friendly character) Scotty and the odd one out Patch so called becuase of his colour. All from the same litter despite the experts saying they would never get on together. (all over 5 yrs old) |

Subject: RE: BS good name for hamster From: SueB Date: 10 Feb 04 - 01:19 AM If I was getting a hamster, which I'm not, I'd think about calling it Frodo, or Samwise (Hamwise, maybe?) or Viggo, or Gimli. If it was a very feminine and beautiful hamster, I might call it Arwen if it were dark, or Eowyn if it was fair, or Galadriel if it seemed to be bathed in a pure golden light. I suppose it it were playful and silly I might also consider Merry or Pippin. If it smells bad, call it Orc, or Uruk-hai - if it appears to be afflicted ith multiple personalities, you can call it it Smeagol-Gollum - if it tries to hypnotize you with its beady red eye, you could call it Sauron, or Mordor. |
