There was a Tankards Mill near Haworth in Yorkshire.

I got an e-mail from a man named Michael who says his father was a manager of a mill called Tankards aka Staincliffe Low Mills on the border of Dewsbury and Batley in Yorkshire U.K.

Might that tidbit of information help somebody find the song?

Don't suppose you know anything about 'Tankard's Mill' a weavers song, do you?
My Mum used to sing it and all I can remember is:

"There is no rest for me,
There is no rest for me
At Tankards' Mill where the work runs ill
There is no rest for me"
