TéIR ABHAILE
Words and translation taken from Micheál Bowles, Claisceadal 2. Dún Laoghaire: Anchor, 1986
Well known from Clannad recording

Téir abhaile, arú [téir abhaile riú]
Téir abhaile, arú
Téir abhaile, arú , a Mhéirí!
Téir abhaile is cóirigh do leaba*
Mar tá do mhargadh déanta.

curfá
Is cuma cé dhein é
Nó nár dhein
Is cuma cé dhein é, a Mhéirí.
Is cuma cé dhein é
Nó nár dhein
Mar tá do mhargadh déanta.

Níl mo mhargadh -
Tá do mhargadh -
Níl mo mhargadh déanta.
Tá do mhargadh -
Níl mo mhargadh -
Tá do mhargadh déanta

translation
Off home with you
Off home with you
Off home with you, Mary.
Off home with you and ready your bed,*
For your match is made.

chorus
My match is not -
Your match is -
My match is not made.
Your match is -
My match is not =
Your match is made.

* Clannad sang "Téir abhaile is fan sa bhaile": Go home and stay at home.

Bowles notes that, "The Kerry Jig, in Graves' Irish Song Book, may be thought similar to the tune of this song; likewise, O'Neill's Irish Music, No.203."

I remember another verse from Clannad which isn't in "Clasiceadal":

Pós an píobaire, pós an píobaire
Pós an píobaire, a Mhéirí
Pós an píobaire ag tús na hoíche
Is beidh sé agat ar maidin.

(marry the piper at the beginning of nightfall, and he'll be with you in the morning)

FAN SA BHAILE ‘RIÚ

Focail: Nóilín Nic Bhloscaidh

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pUW1ej06vy4

Fan sa bhaile ‘riú, fan sa bhaile ‘riú
Fan sa bhaile a Chairde
Fan sa bhaile is ná fág an baile
Go n-imí an coróinvíreas

Ar scáth a chéile a mhaireas na daoine
Ár muintir is ár gcairde,
Ar scáth a chéile a mhaireas na daoine
‘s ní neart go cur le chéile

Fan sa bhaile ‘riú….

Coinnigh teagmháil fóin nó feiste
Le muintir is le gcairde
Coinnigh teagmáil de ló is d’oíche
Go mairimis beo is sábháilte

Fan sa bhaile ‘riú….

Tiocfaidh muid as, le bród is meas
Ach cloí le riail ár leasa
Seachnaímis brón is bás gan choinne
De dheasca an choróinvíris

Fan sa bhaile ‘riú….

Ar scáth a chéile a mhaireas na daoine
Ár muintir is ár gcairde,
Ar scáth a chéile a mhaireas na daoine
‘s ní neart go cur le chéile

Fan sa bhaile ‘riú….

Fan sa bhaile ‘riú….

STAY AT HOME

Stay at home, don’t leave home,
‘til we’re rid of this Coronavirus

People are sociable by nature,
Us, our family and our friends,
we all rely on one another
And there is no strength without unity
Stay at home, don’t leave home,
‘til we’re rid of this Coronavirus

Keep in touch by phone or device
With family and friends
Keep in touch by day or night
So we may all live safe and sound

Stay at home, don’t leave home,
‘til we’re rid of this Coronavirus

We will come out of this, with pride and respect
If we just heed the rule that is for our own good
Let’s avoid sorrow and unnecessary death
At the hands of the coronavirus

Stay at home, don’t leave home,
‘til we’re rid of this Coronavirus
Keep in touch by phone or device
With family and friends
Keep in touch by day or night
So we may all live safe and sound

Stay at home, don’t leave home,
‘til we’re rid of this Coronavirus

Stay at home, don’t leave home,
‘til we’re rid of this Coronavirus

the link given by Runrig Fan is to a song called Faca tu'n Coileach (did you see the [missing] cockerel?), sung by Kathleen MacInnes. It goes to the same tune as Téir Abhaile.
