Butte Folk Music Society presents Long Lonesome Road, w/Laurie Lewis on Tuesday night, March 2, 7:30 PM at the Bean Scene, 1387 East 8th Street in Chico. Phone is 530-898-9474. Advance tickets now available at the Bean Scene and at Chico Natural Foods. Prices are $15 for BFMS and CBA members; $18 for non-members.      Long Lonesome Road members include David Parmley, Randy Graham, Roger Bush, Richard Brown, Dick Wodrich, and special guests Ron Stewart and Laurie Lewis.

Contestants from many districts in the state come to this competition.

there will also be a contra dance on March 14 (always on the 2nd sunday)
with the band Star Thistle from nevada county area providing the music.
