Jack Williams is probably the best solo performer I have ever seen. His ability to create amazingly interesting guitar accompaniment to his vocals is unrivalled. Martin Simson would be the only comparison I could make in terms of ability, but the idioms are of course totally different.

Just to remind anybody within driving distance of Perthshire that Jack will be playing at the Bein Inn, Glenfarg this Sunday.

Unfortunately his engagement clashes with the Glenfarg Folkfest Final Concert, which will probably have an adverse effect on Jack's audience size, but without any disrespect to the Folkfeast performers, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Bein Inn concert as the one to opt for.
