Subject: Pepsi caps & iTunes From: maire-aine Date: 09 Mar 04 - 10:26 AM Has anybody made use of the current Pepsi promotion (US only, I think) where you can download songs? Did you find anything worthwhile in their list? Regards, Maryanne |
Subject: RE: Pepsi caps & iTunes From: Blackcatter Date: 09 Mar 04 - 10:46 AM I-tunes has a huge list and it's a site that many of us have been waiting for for years. There folk music secition is predicably limited, but if enough people request music - they'll probably respond. Now if I could only afford an I-Pod. |
Subject: RE: Pepsi caps & iTunes From: michaelr Date: 09 Mar 04 - 07:07 PM Yes, but i-tunes doesn't work on Windows 98! Major bummer. Cheers, Michael |
Subject: RE: Pepsi caps & iTunes From: GUEST Date: 09 Mar 04 - 10:33 PM I stuck their bottle-cap into my I-Pod.....but both seemed to fry. |
Subject: RE: Pepsi caps & iTunes From: Blackcatter Date: 09 Mar 04 - 11:02 PM heh. I guess if that's the best joke I could come up with, I wouldn't admit who I was either. It does stink that they only work with Win 2000 or later. That's Apple for you - never quite going far enough to work with non-Mac OSs. |

Subject: RE: Pepsi caps & iTunes From: Mark Cohen Date: 10 Mar 04 - 03:40 AM I just heard on NPR that if you tilt the bottle 25 degrees you may be able to read the word "again", which is the end of "Sorry, try again." If you don't see the "again" then you know you have a winner. Of course, we don't have many 25 degree days here in Hawaii, so I guess that wouldn't work... Aloha, Mark |
Subject: RE: Pepsi caps & iTunes From: GUEST,Blackcatter at work Date: 12 Mar 04 - 03:41 PM Hello, My Boss is interested in using iTunes and wonders oif anyone has had compatability issues with Windows XP and the iTunes program. I'll look around on the Net, but thought I'd ask since this thread was so recent. |
