can anyone tell me what's the title of this song and who's the artist/s?

The song lyrics can be found at a Yugoslavian (I think) website about halfway down the page. I don't even recognize the language most of this website is written in, but at least the lyrics are in English.

My best guess is: The song is LOVE NEVER DIES, the band is Love Hunters, the album is "Total Rickverzzo," the record label is Myusic User (or maybe Komuna), and the album came out in 1996. An audio file can be played on this page.
