Refreash.

As you can see from the last two respondants above, the Big Muddy Folk Festival is something special.

Jerry and Art, I sure wish both of you were there to share in the fun and music. And if the Gospel Messengers were there, too.......WOW!
That would be the ultimate.

Hey! This is one of the best little festivals held anywhere! This is year number 13, and I wouldn't miss it for the world. The big name this year, aside from Cathy Barton and Dave Para who are always hosts of the festival, is Bill Staines. And the other performers are all worth coming a long way to see. Free workshops run during Saturday, and an open-mike stage is also available in the afternoon.
Concerts are held both Friday and Saturday nights at Thespian Hall, a magnificent old theater in downtown Boonville, Missouri, on the banks of the Missouri River.
By this time, tickets may be hard to get, so you might want to check their web site or contact The Friends Of Historic Boonville for ticket info.
