That was just an example for you to work on, Muppers old chap! I'm far to old to understand rap and the language it uses. Just get hold of a set of words for MG and then change some of them into moderny rap-type ones and you're there.

Actually we will be avoiding Holmfirth as well, unfortunately.

Not trying to avoid you or Maggie Les, as you should well know it's always a pleasure to see and hear you both. That last comment was the same threat as the one to get you to the Moor and Coast! You miss understood my subtlety. Probably my fault for arranging to have slanging matches with Raggytash to publicise events. So see you at Holmfirth. Cheers George

Tyke - you see how effective your threats were? Drew us like a magnet! We even managed a survivors' session in the Endeavour on Monday afternoon with those renowned survivors Ossonflags and Raggytash. Thanks to everyone for their songs and chat and fun.

Geoff - will you be the MC.
If so you will be introducing Lucy Wright and Paul Young who are on at 14:25. They are only nineteen, but I think you will be mightely impressed. They play at Gainsborough FC as well as at my club Market Rasen FC.
I sent Glen details of them, but if you PM me with your e-mail address, I will send you the info.

I will certainly be there. Are children allowed in, as I will have them with me - oh and the wife as well. :-)

Cheers

Can we all club together to buy Raggytash a free ticket? Shouldn't be too much just one way as long as it's out of Whitby! We will probably get a big discount from the coach company.

That it Les Coblers Monday are moving in Next door to you or possibly directly above you and we are going to learn to play the Bag Pipes. Then we are going to invite 16 or more bowron players to join in. How many of these poor excuses not to get out and have a great time will you come up with then. In short you will be missed!

That's the spirit, Sarah, I promise to look out for you in all those Pubs. In the interests of the unlikely but possible pub running out of BEER. Coblers Monday are doing an East Side Tour on the Saturday Night that's at least 10 Boozers. Collections for the RNLI will be made further details will appear. I'm looking forward to a great weekend after spending this putting up the Coblers Monday Web Site revamp.

Nick - on Sunday the Euro-catters will mostly be in the Six Bells, Barrow upon Humber (I think). You could pm Greg for the latest gen, but the Hull Cultural Tour (spot the word in that phrase that doesn't really belong there) is on Saturday until mid afternoon then it's back to Barrow.

I though this was the "Who's going to the Moor and Coast Festival" Thread. Let us have fun looking for you in all the pubs in Whitby, at the Concerts, in the Shower block, on the beach or in the gutter. If you can't go and think you want to let people know you could always start your own "Me dogs died and I can't get their thread".
Yes we will miss your company but let's make it a surprise.

Sorry but the last thing you need if promote a folk event is negativity. Let's not forget the Organizer's have been working most of the year to put on a festival.
