Subject: Sponsored Busk From: GUEST,IanN Date: 22 Apr 04 - 12:04 PM Organisers of Middlewich Folk and Boat Festival will be taking part in a sponsored busk this Saturday (24.04.04) to raise money for Festival coffers - specifically to fund children's workshops at the festival. If you are in Middlewich on Saturday & fancy joining in you'll be made very welcome. The performers are all musicians so if even if you don'e fancy taking part they'll be some good music to listen to! |

From humble beginings at 10.30 when 3 of us started we had about 15 musicians by 8.oo in the evening. The 'Busk' has raised over £1000 has been raised to fund Children's workshops at this years Middlewich Folk & Boat Festival. |
