Subject: Goodly Sing at Kelham Iast night From: MC Fat Date: 26 Apr 04 - 10:31 AM Another good sesh at the Kelham last night. Catters there included myself R & W Rabbit , Folkiedave, Yorkshire Yankee plus occasional guest Sir Kenneth Johnson. Good sing was had by all. Great song from Doc Rowe !! |

What a lovely & powerful voice she has. It was indeed a most enjoyable sing -- I might just have to revive El Greko's "Best UK Folk Clubs" thread & post about this one to it... Doc's song was *fantastic* -- had everyone in stitches by the end! He is a national treasure -- I'd love to see HIM get an MBE! He certainly deserves it. Cheers, YY |
