Subject: RE: BS: W is for... From: McGrath of Harlow Date: 06 May 04 - 01:58 PM "political threads that are burying a music site" Perhaps el ted might just take a moment to scroll down the forum from the top, and see how many music threads there are, compared with BS threads. And most of those non-music threads aren't in any way political. I'm not saying they are all particularly valuable threads - but, good or bad, they are a pretty small minority of the threads we have here. |

Subject: RE: BS: W is for... From: Bee-dubya-ell Date: 06 May 04 - 02:21 PM Dear el ted, If you don't like the BS threads, go to the top of the page, click on "Membership" and when the membership page comes up just scroll down to the bottom of the page and change "Filter BS" from "No" to "Yes". Or, as an alternative, just don't come below the line that separates the music threads from the BS threads. Why do you think Max and Jeff went through all the trouble of splitting the threads? So people like you would quit bitching about it, that's why! And if there has been another thread on this subject would somebody please provide a link to it. I just searched under as many possibilities for similar thread titles as I could come up with and have not found one. And to Bex McK who started this thread, please accept my apologies for the rudeness of some of the other members who have posted to this thread. Sometimes the "GUEST" tag in front of a name seems to provoke a feeding frenzy among otherwise normal people. And, at this moment, I'm pretty sure that "W" stands for "winconsiderate wassholes". |

Subject: RE: BS: W is for... From: Amos Date: 06 May 04 - 07:42 PM I wombless writ, and wombless meant. He has none, and none of the sentiments or sensitivity hey typically represent, either, including caring, for example. Unfortunately, "indifferent", like "incompetent" and "insufferable", do not begin with the letter W. A |
