Yep, it's called The Mexican (click), and I don't know if it's an album called Helloween by a group called Metal Jukebox, or verse visa.
A Google search (click) for "morning sad morning" (in quotes) would have found it for you.

Hi, I am looking for a song that that sounds like the 70's or something. It's on CHOM97.7 often, they play oldies. I thought the title was The Mexican but I looked for it and did'nt find. I think I did'nt hear well. I don't know the band either. All I know is that the chorus goes like " morning, sad morning!" . It's pretty fast and there's 2 electric guitars doing an harmony that could sound mexican.
