Can't log in!

I am having problems logging in. I clicked the spot for requesting password but found my email dress is stated as incorrect. It isn't! I tried Contact page but there was no section relevant. I tried FAQ but was denied access due to "prohibited words" in it. Please enable me to log in and access personal page. Also, please don't cancel my membership whenevr I haven't accessed Mudcat for a period of time. It's happended before and each time I have trouble re- logging in. I'm using the forum for this message as I can't find any other way to contact you. I don't want to telephone from UK!

You can post your request for help. Or you can visit Joe's advice in the FAQ and see if that helps.

Hi, Karen - I'm the one to contact with registration problems. Jeff (Pene Azul) can also help you, but he usually handles the more sophisticated technical stuff and this is one tech thing that I can do pretty well.

I have three registrations and three e-mail addresses for you, so I don't know how to contact you. We try to discourage multiple memberships because it's confusing to everybody. Your Mudcat cookie should work on any computer, no matter what your e-mail address is. If your personal imformation changes, don't submit a new registration - go to Membership and change only what needs changing.
Send me an e-mail, and I'll fix things up for you.

Hi Karen. Do you remember in 2001 you had a couple of Solidarity Choir people stay with you for a week - Sue and me? I'm quite a regular now in this place - it's one of my favourite haunts. I hope they can get it sorted for you soon.
