Jeep, I don't have chords for it, but are you looking for the Duke Ellington "Caravan" that's on this MIDI site (click)? This site has a different version of the same song.

Finger the C7 for 2 countslike this:

3-3-5-3-5-3

with index barred across the third fret and the ring and pinky fingers on the fifth frets--(your middle finger should be hanging in the air)--
Then drop the middle finger down on the A string, 4th fret, like this:

Play two counts, then lift the middle finger up again--
