I've never tried to find Hindi lyrics before, but the attempt led me to some interesting places.

You can download the song from this page, but they'll ask you to log in first. (I didn't do it.)

This expression started out as a well-known Hindi tongue-twister, and then someone adapted it into a pop song.

I found several versions of the tongue-twister that begin the same way:

Chandu ke chacha ne chandu ki chachi ko chandni-chowk mein chaandi ki chammach se chatni chackaee.
Chandu ke chacha ne chandu ki chachi se chandni raat mein chandi ke chamach se chatni chatayi.
Chandu ke chacha ne chandu ke chachi ko chandni ke chamche se chatni chatayee.
Chandu ke chacha ne chandu ki chachi ko chandni raat per chandni Chowk mein Chandi ki chamach se chatni chatai.

I'd gladly keep searching, but my son needs to use the computer for his homework.

Meaning:
On a moonlit night in Chandni Chowk (center of Delhi), Chandu's uncle fed chutney from a silver spoon to Chandu's aunt.
