The Folk Music Subsription Room has lined up it's second concert again at the Red Deer Pitt Street, Sheffield on Saturday July 10th at 8.00p.m. and featuring the talents of John and Nicole the ever wonderfull CLOUDSTREET reserve tickets costing £7.50 from [e-mail]

and on Friday 28th May they will be at the St Albans folkclub at the Duke of marlborough and it wont cost as much as in Sheffield, and I bet it'll be far more intimate, and its got fantastic acoustics.

They ought to have their new CD with them which features a song by George Papavgeris who will also be hosting this Friday, plus the inimitable Chris Flegg, and Steve Last in support.
I cant get on the bill and its my club,so I may slink off.

Where are you Breezy? Surely you are not going to pass up the opportunity to hijack this thread by mentioning that Cloudstreet are appearing this Friday (28.5.04)at the Windward Club in St Albans - Duke of Malborough pub?

And very good they are too. Look out for El Greco's "Windmill" song currently taken up by them (they know quality when they hear it).

For all who haven't heard them - get in there quick before they go back to Oz in October (hopefully returning next year for a few festivals)
