When is Channel friends(channel 4) going to stop showing that god awful programme Friends, the people that watch it are laughing at nothing, it's so childish it's bloody crap the sooner it's off our screens the better.
Kill them all.

Ive been hearing that unhappy James Gandolfini story since Howard Stearn reported it at the end of season Two But if James has an agent that has ever heard of David Carusoe (NYPD Blue) or David Dychoveny (X-Files) He will instruct his client to quit whinning and count his Money!

actually i think they could kill him...and maybe the family being taken over by some one else....not christopher...he's too weak....i think it would be interesting if Meadow took over....she's smart enough...and ruthless enough, while her brother is just a brawler, who never thinks things through...

I like the show. I have some doubts, though, that the series will continue beyond next season. Seems to me I have heard rumblings that "Tony" wants to end it, and the series could not survive, IMO, without him.

I wouldn't hazard a guess as to what is going to happen either, Martin.

Yes, the show is very well written. I don't speculate really either, but it's very engrossing to watch it play out.

A very powerful drama.

Martin...I will be home, planted in front of the TV at 9 PM Sunday night. I don't even speculate...just watch it unfold.

I ignored this series for the first couple of years, having given up violent fare a long time ago and sure it would be schlocky and unpleasant. In a moment of weakness I started watching reruns...and got totally hooked, certainly not what I expected. It's not often I get hooked on any TV fare, and when I do, it's usually something like Monarch of the Glen or The Office. As LH pointed out, acting and music very good...rare, indeed.

Sure. Someone will die in a very brutal fashion. A bunch of really ugly things will be said by various stressed-out people to various other stressed-out people. The main characters will get a little more depressed and the theme a little darker. The FBI will continue trying to nail the Sopranos to the wall, and the Sopranos will continue their miserable, degraded, antisocial existence, sliding slowly deeper into a crevasse of moral degradation and slow deterioration, each heading toward their final inevitable demise...a miserable and probably violent death.

Oh, and the acting and music will be quite good, if you like this sort of thing.
