Market Rasen Folk Club has now seen 4 very good evenings since it opened with an average of 50 people each evening.
I am just reflecting on how many artists have given their all on those 4 evenings. May I say not a bad one amongst them. Its just amazing. Many thanks to all of you for what you have done and you have all helped to put MRFC firmly on the map.

With trepidation, I took the bold gamble of only allowing pre booked floor spots and obviously had the doubters who told me in no uncertain terms that artists woudn't bother to come along. Well if you look at the list of artists who have already played and the new artists who will be playing in the future, then I wonder what went wrong.

Artists that have played on those 4 nights (not in any specific order, just what comes out of my garbled brain at the time).

If I have missed anybody, then my sincere apologies.

I am looking at the rest of the nights until December and the new artists playing at the club over that time (as well as a lot of the artists mentioned above)

There you go, new I would miss somebody.

I hope to have the youngsters called Rosie & Lucy Coggle in July.

How could I have missed them. They have already won lots of awards.
