Subject: RE: Festival in St Albans England July 2-18 From: breezy Date: 03 Jul 04 - 11:29 AM somehow it was not made clear to me last night, I can blame Shep Woolley for that, and what a good show the man puts on. Chris Flegg was on form. Well worth spending an evening in his company, a leading guitarist covering many genres, jazz, folk, blues, Paul Simon to Bessie Smith and original material both lyrical and instrumental. A gem, and mellow with it. He - Chris Flegg -'ll also be popping in for a cameo slot on Sunday at the Spotlight Folk/music club athe British Legion ,where pints are cheap and the main attraction will be Les Sullivan, another well respected singer-songwriter. Next Sunday 11th july Chris will be the main 'Spotlight' feature, get your requests in early. will his dance team be in attendance? come and find out. |
