Yuou can find the actual guidance here, but there is also some guidance to the purpose and scope of the guidance here.

I've had a quick scan through, but I have been unable to find any guidance relating to proposed licensing fees, or whether if, as claimed, an entertainments provision will cost no extra if it is applied for with the original license.

I have today been trying to find out how to get a hard copy (other than print it). The Stationery Office cannot trace it as an SI which seems odd. I can find no clue on the DCMS site, and the DCMS shut their switchboard from noon to 2.30 (now that's what I call a lunch break).

Ideas?

This doesn't help getting a paper copy but.........
it is not a Statutory Instrument it is Statutory Guidance approved by parliament. It is not published by the HMSO. It is a DCMS publication so they are responsible for their own publication arrangements.

The Guidance says:

Any enquires about the content of this Guidance should be made to:
Licensing Communication Strategy Branch
Department for Culture,Media and Sport
Tourism Division
3rd Floor
2-4 Cockspur Street
London SW1Y 5DH
Telephone:020 7211 6347
email:alcohol.entertainment@culture.gov.uk

If they won't answer the phone bombard them with e-mails!
