Yes... it's the "hinged" part I have... it's the 'boom' I don't...

No worries... I'll look elsewhere...

Well, the whole top assembly comes retail, you know, the parts that screw onto a regular mic stand and make it a boom...

Didn't loose it... came into a spare 'swivel' sans 'boom'

LF.. there's no thread involved to attach this bit... so I'd imagine it's got a pretty high tolerance for difference...

DM... suck me

Hi Dave - I collect stand parts and sometimes successfully breed them as Tanza the singer in one of the rock bands I do PA for tends to smash them... Sort of Gene Vincent meets Freddy Mercury but with a much bigger growlier voice

I've got a spare one (the clamp part broke) - fancy a quick trip to the UK to pick it up ?

C H - I have tried swopping bits of 'Dead' boom stands round to make one good one out of two bad ones , and find that there are sufficient differences on Diameter and Thread as to make it virtually impossible unless they are from the same manufacturer .

Looking for the skinny tube part of a boom mic-stand... the bit that has the end that the mic clip screws in to... the 'top' boom...

Anyone got one laying around that they wanna get rid of?

(Please don't suggest I go to a store... D'uh... I know I COULD do that if I wanted the whole thing... )
