This song was popular in the early 1950s. It starts off "From the vine came the grapes, from the grapes came the wine". There is another line further on in the song that says " He is back with Marie on the Isle of Capri, with a million stars shining above her". That is all I remember of it. SOL ZELLER

Yes Peter, those were the days. Dorothy Collins, Snooky Lanson, Giselle Mackenzie and Russel Arms. I never missed that program. It was so popular that they even named a cigarette after it. SOL ZELLER
