I came across this forum by accident and I would like someone out there to put me out of my misery.

I have spent the last 3 to 4 years trying to find the words and the name of the artist/writer who recorded a song with the following snatches of lyrics

I like encheladoes and old eldoradoes that shine Old friendly guitars and songs about women and wine
