Can anyone ouy there help me find an LP of White Hart an acapella group from Lancashire circa 70'/80's?

I used to have this LP, and I imagine the friend I was living with at the time still has it. We couldn't part with it, but if your need is desperate enough (and you can't find an actual LP elsewhere) I might be able to get hime to copy it to cassette or CD for you. (No promises, mind, but I can try.)

We're in California -- where are you?

One of the singers from White Hart visits the Railway in Lymm from timeto time, I think he still dances with Thelwall Morris. He also runs singers nights at the Ring o'Bells in Warrington. I can't remeber his name but I'll do some digging and I'll get back to you if can come up with any info which may be of use.

Still no luck at this end. However, in confirmation of John J's info, I just found the lyrics and an MP3 sample of "Tarporley Hunt" on the Thelwall Morris Web site (here), so presumably he's not only on the team but has a copy of the LP!! The main page of the site, at http://www.thelwallmorris.org.uk/, has a form to use to contact the Thelwall Morris Men, so perhaps you could pursue this further yourself?

Oh, I just checked out the team roster on the site, and it has (or has had) TWO members of White Hart on it!
