Subject: RE: Oct Mudcat/Birthday Bash at the Globe From: Fliss Date: 24 Sep 04 - 07:53 AM Did it work for you Tig? Thought it was wonderful. Must remember camera for globe. Spare male says hi Tig. Subject: RE: Oct Mudcat/Birthday Bash at the Globe From: Tig Date: 23 Sep 04 - 05:34 PM Well we had to let people in and out to the bar! |
Subject: RE: Oct Mudcat/Birthday Bash at the Globe From: Fliss Date: 23 Sep 04 - 02:08 PM Well I suppose it always works for some! Glad u liked the bit of sillyness. The manic laughter is me, hence the camera rocking! Now you know what to expect at the Globe!! We were packed into the back room of the George & Dragon in Much Wenlock.... in various states of inebriation - except me who was driver to many. I did 2 runs to Stokes Barn with rather more than I should in the way of passengers packed into the travelling tip. We then packed in Magician & Gillies caravan and sang and sang. Anyone need a lift from soggy shrops to the bash? fxx |
Subject: RE: Oct Mudcat/Birthday Bash at the Globe From: Leadfingers Date: 22 Sep 04 - 09:46 PM Worked for Me - But HOW Silly !!! Loved it ! |

Subject: RE: Oct Mudcat/Birthday Bash at the Globe From: Fliss Date: 22 Sep 04 - 05:50 PM Thanx Wigan If the past experiences of the Badgers and Magician & Gillie and cats are anything to go on Im sure the long drive in the travelling tip from soggy shrops will be well worth it. Ive got little bit of footage of Festival on Edge in the pub in Much Wenlock. http://www.sabrinaflu.co.uk/Edge/edge_files/slide0001.htm Does take a little time to load as its a webpage made in Powerpoint. Let me know if it works. Click refresh to get the clip to work again. hugs fxx |

Subject: RE: Oct Mudcat/Birthday Bash at the Globe From: Fliss Date: 21 Sep 04 - 09:09 AM Just fed postcode into Streetmap and realised no printer ink. Went on AA online and got route.... still no printer ink! Do I really want to go on M6 Toll road. Mind you it should be an experience. However it will be a friday evening after work. Can I bring Butch Muddyfoot Barker with me pretty please.. I will bring his yashmak so he cant eat the cats. He can sleep in the volvo, so can I if the pub is too full. Neither of us have ever been to Yorkshire. love fliss |

Subject: RE: Oct Mudcat/Birthday Bash at the Globe From: wigan Date: 20 Sep 04 - 02:19 PM and I won't forget it. One of the locals offered to lend me some, but I said no as the magician was still hovering round. I'm not charging for breakfasts, cos i'm only cooking it. just remember, in the words of the song,(if the magician is around) "keep your hand on your four p" see you all there |
Subject: RE: Oct Mudcat/Birthday Bash at the Globe From: Tig Date: 20 Sep 04 - 08:25 AM If you look earlier Lead that's what Gillie said they would cost! I *think* she was referring to the fact Magician emptied Wigan's pocket of his last 4 P before he let him leave the pub a couple of weeks ago :-). He put it into Sooty. |
