Subject: Thanks from Graham King From: Cats Date: 06 Sep 04 - 12:59 PM Jon went visiting today bearing lots and lots of pennies and large supplies of chocolate cake. Graham asked we put up a thread from him thanking everyone for their generosity. It has been amazing and he is overwhelmed by it all - there were tears and not only from him but from others in the room at the time. We told him it's Ok, after all, Folkies look after their own and so do pagans and when you get both in a field together ....... Most of the exhibits are savable, little is missing. It is going to take a long time to get it all back up and running again. Jon said it looks like the aftermath of a bombing. He sends his very special thanks to you all. |
