Subject: Obit: David Langhorne From: s&r Date: 12 Sep 04 - 01:00 PM David Langhorne was a guitarist bodhran player and songwriter, deriving a lot of pleasure from his music. He died last week after a long battle, and is now at peace. His funeral is at Carleton Crematorium Thursday 2.00pm RIP |

His son is very involved in Fylde Festival as committee member and chief steward. He tragically lost a child some years ago when a doctor at the local hospital went berserk with a knife: somehow after a period of understandable distress he managed to present an incredibly positive attitude (as indeed he showed through most of his long illness).
