I've been playing a nice little Jay Turser acoustic electric lately-
really enjoying it, very surprised that a budget guitar has such unique,
magical tone. Just wondering whether anyone else has had good luck with Jay Turser instruments.

Haven't bought one, but a guy I know picked up a few for student use and everyone was quite pleased with them.

The ones I've played have ranged from crapola to very good bang for the buck. It seems the older ones were a little spotty in quality but more recent ones are much improved. I suppose this will be reflected in the pricing.

Do they make a solidbody electric mandolin?
