I'm not sure if you mean Inisheer (Inis Oírr) or Inishowen (The Black Rogue and other names; probably Scottish); Dark Inishowen (Dark Iniseoghain) would be a possibility also; I don't know if that tune is the same as the previous.

Have a look at J C's Tunefinder and The Fiddler's Companion for those titles, and see if any is what you had in mind.

as i recall Inisheer is a waltz. (or is that Ignonish?)
