Gig at The Doghouse acoustic centre, The Greyhound Pub, Nottingham Road, Loughborough Thursday October 28th
Big Al whittle,Diversion (acoustic trio from Rutland), Club O (unique funky duo from Leicester), the Leicester legend Maurice Coleman, probably Skatz and Andy Griffiths and maybe more.    It's £3 to get in (£1.50 concessions) with all proceeds to Oxfam.

Worth going if you are nearby! Big Al we know already but we have just met Skatz this weekend at Gainsborough Folk Festival. He is a superb entertainer!

Great energetic performer(s) and well-crafted, thoughtful and thought-provoking songs. Them Leicester folks don't know how lucky they are - Skatz did us proud at the Gainsborough FF.

Big Al is well worth going to see but be aware...if his wife is not there he has probably "Drowned her in the bath, drowned her in the bath, drowned her in the bath cos he's a psychopath"!!!!!
