Subject: RE: BS: My wood should be in soon. From: C-flat Date: 01 Nov 04 - 02:50 AM I'm sure it stems from being children of the "Carry On" generation that some of us have a highly developed sense of the double-entendre! Anyway frogprince, I hope you managed to get it laid nicely and to your wifes' satisfaction. My wife is also very partial to hard-wood and would like to have it in every room in the house if she could find a man who could stay hard at it,hammering away all day until the job was done. My knees just aren't up to it these days! (cue Sid James laughter) Heh,heh, heh!! C-flat. |

Subject: RE: BS: My wood should be in soon. From: open mike Date: 04 Feb 12 - 03:37 AM the forest fire that destroyed 60,000 acres here left a lot of dead trees standing, and the wind drops them every time there is a big gust. So there is plenty of wood here for fires. Also many of these fire killed trees were milled for lumber to build my new house...so there is plenty of kindling from the scraps from construction, so this winter will be a warm one! |
