I've been listening to streams of BBC Radio 2 online, and I'm amazed at the variety and quality. It's so much better than the commercial radio in the states! It even compelled me to send Lulu a personal message!

Ah, Chris, the redoubtable Mrs S went to see herself in Hull City Hall Tuesday last, and said the old girl looked terrific, and is still belting it out.

I agree with you about much of the content, but the Mike Harding programme at 8pm GMT Wednesdays is a whinefest around these parts. See what you think.

I'm amazed at Lulu's voice after all these years! She's still one of the best female singers ever. She just doesn't get the recognition.

Another TOG for the TogMeister then! (If you haven't heard Terry Wogan, you won't understand....)

It's a great station if you like variety, and there are many secret Radio 2 listeners who lurk here.

If you like old comedy programmes, try BBC7.
