Haven't a clue what I would be. Most cats have enough sense not to like alcohol.

Maybe Catnip tea with a shot of Icelandic Brenevin (anise flavored aquavit, nick names Black Death).

I think that "On the wagon" would be a good name for a drink. Don't know what to put in it except dirt and wagon wheel wood, but other than that I am at a loss for an alcohol. Maybe a tincture of linseed.

Well my mudcat name was given to me by Rock Chick, as Dipsomania by definition in the dictionary is: An intense persistence to drink alchoholic beverages to excess ;-) So I suppose one might say I could be any drinks containing spirit, although my tipple is a drop a rum.
I suppose at the time it was a fair comment and title, it had been a very bad year.... but I'm a good girl now virtually off the wagon, well ish!! LOL

Well I thought an MBSLynne would have to be a proper, still scrumpy type cider, but that's a bit boring, so I think it's a scrumpy with a shot of everything else in the bar, topped up with soda water so it bubbles over.

Well, I'm sort of naturally limited. Retsina, ouzo, raki or...
TSIPOURO (triple distillation ouzo, reaches 60% alcohol, good for whatever ails you and several things beyond). Yes, that's me.

But I wanted to be tequila with a lizard in the bottle.

Mingulay is an island malt aged for half a century in old sherry wood until the colour of toffee, smooth on the tongue with hints of seaweed and heather. Perfect with oatcakes and honey.

A great way to end an evening of choice ale drinking.

Martin, you don't know Ron very well. If milk, he would be chocolate with a touch of hot pepper. I however see him as a cool mint julip, meant to be sipped and enjoyed on a hot summer day.

And do you mean Barium as in enema for BWL? Wrong again. Hard cider hanging hidden from Mom fermenting on the porch... the cider, not Mom.

How about a Lime Rickey for Morticia? Layers of color, a bit tart, and just enough Grenadine for sweetness. Goes down easily (NO - that is not what I mean!) and leaves one pleasantly tipsy.

Sounds like a good topic of conversation when in a strange pub.

"Did you know? some people have names which match their drinks, like mine."

"Oh, what's your?"

"That's frightfully decent of you, I'll have a pint!"

Stone Brewery - produces a bottled beer with a pretty fair rendering of my likeness on the bottle. It is a full malt, dry hopped, mouthy feel ale, called "Arrogant Bastard." On the backside it explains why you are not worthy to consume its brew.

save the sprinking of salt and a good slug of Lea and Perrins for the
bloody maria...tomato juice base (or hot v-8 juice or bloody mary mix)
with tequila...i would hate to think of any of our "mary's" as bloody
though....although we do have several lovelies...
also sangria, which is wine and fruit, seems like a name that stems from blood as well..no one by that name here....though, is there?

Bert is a boilermaker, if I do say so myself.

In England a boilermaker is a Stout and Mild.

In the USA a boilermaker is a beer with a shot of whiskey in it. The whiskey being sunk into the beer in a shot glass.

Either way I served a five year apprenticeship as a boilermaker.

The Misophist is only served in the bar on Tattooine. It's everclear, flavored with wormwood and rue, and sipped through a straw while inhaling nitrous oxide.

Gargoyle has to be a Listerine flavoured aperitif.

Rapaire is something green with lots of different kinds of hooch in it. Sorta like a Long Island Iced Tea or Bahama Blue - you don't realize it's kicked your ass until you try to stand up.

Rustic Rebel is a variant of Sex On the Beach.

Amos is too boring a name for a drink so it would have to be called "Infamous Amos" (with "infamous" intentionally mispronounced to rhyme). It contains a variety of obscure and little-known liqueurs. When you finish drinking it you're no sure whether or not you enjoyed it, whether or not you're drunk, and why in the hell you bothered with it in the first place.

I'm not sure what a Martin Gibson would contain, but I know it would be served in an asshole-shaped glass.
