There is some kind of act doing a short turn before the session starts tomorrow (red nose day Friday). But they are at another venue shortly after 9:00 so should be finished before we get started.

This Sunday our session will be time limited to around 7 - 7.30pm finish. This is to allow time for a band to set up for an evening performance.

They are a heavy rock group who have been booked as part of a birthday celebration in the pub that night.

This is a one-off as Shaun, the landlord, is normally more than happy for us to carry on playing until closing time and he doesn't plan to book acts on a Sunday night (see Harri Watts thread for Sat 2nd April)

So, its no good turning up at 7pm hoping to play until 11pm this week. We start at 3pm - be there then eh?
