I agree, people should not be allowed to talk about folk music concerts or sessions here, i'm fed up of hearing about them, and its boring.

Anyway-its a bloody disgrace, all you here about is"Folk Club here, "Folk Club There, "Folk Session next Week", etc etc
and as for them lot that keep posting lyrics to folk songs!

LOL. If you think I'm the enemy of folk music, well think again. But golly gosh darn - don't you think it would be nicer at least to be more specific in the subject heading? It IS a big planet, it really and truly is, and we ALL want audiences for all our our and our friends and our friends' friends' gigs....

Stortfolk need an audience this Thursday for Tom Mac. another northener taking jobs from us southerners! arnt we good to em, they cant get gigs oop there.

Its Christmas, and I've got Vin Garbutt on 20th May in St Albans too, with subtitles for the hard of understanding.

as for lyrics well , they should buy the CDs

As for Hull, no chance.
