I used to know a great parody of God Bless Ye Merry Gentlemen but can't remember the words now.

The chorus is:

'Oh send tidings to Constable Joy, Constable Joy
Oh send tidings to Constable Joy'

The only words I can remember from the verses is:

'They started out one Christmas eve, to drink without control'

Does anyone recognise it?

It's a Sid Kipper song, I can't remember any more but I think a friend of mine has the song book.
