We're Holding our Christmas Session at The Princess on Tuesday 21st and as a bit of a "Thank You" to everyone who helped with the ARC collections throughout the year, came along and sang etc... we've got the Landlord to put a Buffet on. So if you're in the area and fancy a sing/listen/munch/drink, please pop in - everyone welcome.

WARNING
There maybe an odd collection tin around for A.R.C. (old habits die hard :O)

Current Total: £3717.61

with £282.39 to collect before Easter 2005 (when the cheque's passed over) to reach £4000.00.


Hopefully see some of you on Tuesday - bring instruments voices etc...

Just down the road from the Tower, if travelling south along the Promenade turn left at Central Pier. then first right. The Princess is down the far end on the left side on the corner of Bairstow Street.

Easy to find from the Airport, Railway & bus station. In the middle of a B+B/Hotel lodging area if anyone wants to stay over there's a few within staggering distance ;-)

I was at Holy Joe's 1953 - 54 - We moved out of blackpool just after I
started on clarinet at the school! Used to live just round the corner
from the Opera House .

We live just around the corner from your old School, which is now an Estate and the "new" Fire station backs on to it!

did you keep up the clarinet?

Jazz Clarinet and sax for a few years , then got into Folk - guitar banjo mandolin and whistle now , though I do stll own a clarinet !
