Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Despair Tire by Seatrain: Marblehead From: Dreaded Thumbpick Date: 18 Dec 04 - 05:15 PM Isn't there an old C&W song entitled "I Locked My Baby in the Trunk and now She's Wallowing in Despair"? |
Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Despair Tire by Seatrain: Marblehead Mes From: Cool Beans Date: 18 Dec 04 - 05:50 PM I have the LP. I think there's a lyric sheet. I'm jammed up today but I'll look for it tomorrow--Sunday, Dec. 18--and transcribe the words, if someone else doesn't beat me to it. Fiddler Richard Green(e) was also in Seatrain. One of the best concerts I ever attended was a free Seatrain performance outdoors at the University of Rhode Island around 1972. A friend of mine worked for the Marblehead Messenger, an actual newspaper in Massachusets whose logo appears on the album cover. |
