It was nice.

I liked The Windmill Song, and the song about Jim best.

We've just come out from behind the sofa - isn't it strange that we were more nervous listening to the radio than we were live in the theatre!?

Yes it was. Mike Hill from Gainsborough Folk Club wrote it and asked Mike and I to perform it for him. We liked it very much and were disappointed for him that it wasn't in the prize money. It was much better than our own song (the Grey Lady).

Gainsborough Folk Club really has got something which many places lack.......US!.....and we get visits from such distinguished people don't we........I wonder why?......Come and see for yourselves Folkies..if you are holidaying in Lincolnshire this Summer, pay us a visit and see what you are missing. You will be warmly welcomed.
Best wishes, Mike.
