JR's polka is the Fiddle's Fakebook, p. 150. Sources listed are Planxty Cold Blow and Rainy Night and Planxty Collection. Nice polka. I used to play it frequently. I'm not sure if it is copyrighted in book, but I could try to tab it over the net if you want. Let me know.

Did you get it? Can do it in tadpoles for you if you like. Try playing it with Dennis Murphy's.

And try inserting "Bog down in the Valley O" between the two. That makes for a great dance set.
