We're a non-profit that produces a national award-winning radio program featuring high-quality traditional and contemporary folk, bluegrass, swing, jazz and similar genres.

We have just completed a new stand-alone studio to teach children (and adults) about folk music and radio. The studio is separate from the radio station and, as such, we do not have easy access to the station's music library. We receive 500 to 1,000 visitors per day and have a great opportunity to expose people to folk!

Although we receive CDs from major labels, we need to build our back catalog and are eager to acquire existing folk/bluegrass/swing/jazz CD libraries through purchase or donation (we are a tax deductible non-profit. For more information about us, see www.slbradio.com.

If you are looking for a good home for a collection of anywhere from 10 to 1,000 CDs, please contact me off list as below. Please feel free to forward this to any party you feel may be interestd.

Finally, if you are an indie or with a CD label in an appropriate genre, please feel free to contact us or add us to your promotional list. We are serious about folk music, post our playlists in detail, are a Sing Out! radio partner, and ASCAP/BMI/SESAC member. Thanks.
