Anyone who fancies a cheap night, might be interested to know that Mawkin (that dodgy essex boy band) will be releasing their first professionally produced CD at Waltham Abbey Folk Club (www.walthamabbeyfolkclub.com) on the 14th of March. Mawkin will be doing a set, as well as a guest band, and floor singers.
(We will also be releasing our first professionally produced CD)


Tickets are £1 (ish)

So far we've used the CD boxes as a sofa, foot stall and general leaning
implement.
CD's sold so far- 12.

Dave, don't worry about low sales - get your CD out there - give it away to people who matter, develop more gigs, and then sell them.

If you get plenty of gigs, you'll be having it re-pressed before you know it - good luck!!

Hi Barry,

I'm not at all worried about CD sales, the day I posted that message was the day we received the CD's from the manufacturers, besides this E.P is really going to be used as a promotional tool.
