I'd like to get the tune of Scarborough Fair as sung by Mark Anderson, retired lead miner of Teesdale, Yorkshire. It is the version Ewan MacColl sings on Singing the Mother Countries, volume four – the Riverside folklore series, Riverside RVCD-9912-2, originally released on Matching Songs of the British Isles and America, Riverside 637. It's in my copy (Mills Music, 1960). Perhaps you have the Schools edition of 1970? I think that may have been abridged.
