Hi, I was playing support at a Mike Silver gig last night in Oakthorpe in Leics (UK) and wondered if any mudcatters were there incognito, and what there thoughts were on the gig?

Yep! I was there and actually told one of you waht I thought of your spot - that you were great at Ashby but I thought you sounded better last night.

Mike was also on brilliant form. I saw him last year and appreciated him more last night than at the first hearing.

It was great evening's entertainment.

Rachel (whose Mudcat name I can never remember) was also there, as was MuddleC (Tim).

Thankyou Frank. I hope you didn't think I was fishing for compliments, but I had a feeling I recognised one or two of you from Ashby, and Lynne had told me that there were a few mudcatters present then.

It's good to put names to faces, so to speak!

I also appreciated Mike Silver a lot more on a second hearing.

Thank you very much for the kind comments. I know we all look a bit 'old and past it' - but we really appreciate it when people take the time to pass comment - even when it is critical in some way, but when they say something nice, it helps us to know that we must be doing something right!!

-I had to get Cally Hanna a new bolt for her head, but in order to arrive on time in future, I managed to find her a Christmas present too!!
