Subject: RE: Final Mudcat CD Liner Notes From: Genie Date: 09 Sep 07 - 04:40 PM It's true, Art. There are a few songs for which we never did get lyrics and/or musician and composer credits. But the Mudcat CD Permathreads are still open for such contributions. |

Subject: RE: Final Mudcat CD Liner Notes From: artbrooks Date: 02 Apr 05 - 03:43 PM Laurel, those are the ones I was looking at...they are all "incomplete" in one way or another, as in no comments for one or more tracks or all of the sections not being together in the thread. If there are no 'complete" ones, then I can certainly deal with it, but I'd rather not cut, paste, print, slice and dice and then find out that a better version was available. |

Subject: RE: Final Mudcat CD Liner Notes From: Amos Date: 02 Apr 05 - 11:42 AM Laurel: The days when we needed to subdivide threads by starting part II are behind us thanks to the pagination gimmick the boys invented. But bacvk then when you got over 50-100 posts, you strated a new thread with continuation links at the end of one and the strat of the next. The threads with colorful names -- Azure Skies, etc -- are all part of the mule-skinning I had to do to get all the songs collected, compiled and produced, and then heavily promoted. I thought those pretty names would draw more action than just thread 1...10. Hope this clarifies. Regards, Amos |

Subject: Final Mudcat CD Liner Notes From: artbrooks Date: 31 Mar 05 - 12:42 PM I'm looking for the final version of the Mudcat CD liner notes. I've looked at a couple of the Permathreads, but each was missing notes on some of the contributions. Were there ever complete notes put together, or is it a WYSIWYG? Is there a single place (or, if not, could there be) where all the notes can be found in a formattable (i.e., cut-out-able) form? |
