tarheel(aka,chuck hemrick) and friends will perform on a live radio broadcast next saturday,april 16th,11:00am -12noon,on the W P A Q merry-go-round program!
the broadcast takes place at the Downtown Cinema Theater on main street in Mt.Airy,N.C..
the W P A Q Radio merry-go round,is one of the longest live radio shows in the country.it's been live since 1948 and stll going strong!
if any catters are going to be in the North Carolina area,please drop by!
it's free to the public and features 2 bands each week,performing old-time and bluegrass,and gospel music...
you can hear it on 740 AM on the dial,if you are in the area...
(it's not on the internet...even i can't believe they don't have a website for the world to listen in each saturday morning 11:00 AM- 1:30PM.)

(As for garg...he already knows he needs help. But he sure doesn't know the planting seasons in Colorado!)

thanks kat,for the encouragement!by the way,all those times listed are EDT(eastern daylight time!)anyway,if i remember to have it taped on my radio/cassette recorder,i'll let you know and send you a copy...my health is good,but my body is crumbling...lol! i gotta have knee surgery in a fews days or weeks...i'll keep uyou all posted! ...tar..
