There was a magical moment when a pair of bald patellas was suddenly bathed in a melange of pink and orange light. This unexpected vision and the fleetingness of the moment inspired me:

Oh Lord won't you buy him a new pair of knees
Two that match up would be certain to please,
The left's from a donkey, the right's like a flea's
Please Lord, buy Breezy a new pair of knees.

Is this worth developing?

Hi all

Sorry this is rather late

The 'Club' ceased after being chucked out of the Comfort Hotel

However it was time to call it a day as we had achieved our aims

Big thanks to everyone and its nice to know Friday nights are missed, but I will direct you to a new club at the Pumphouse in Watford

last friday there were many 'Windward' faces present

I went working for 2 years but am now back and playing out and about

Pap is doing doing well and Fleggy and I are still active in the St Alabs /Hemel area, see the Plough Leverstock Green on Sundays, playing in the bar to One man and his pint but still having fun and developing new songs.

The W W F C was a big success when I lokk back at all the top line acts we had there, from Tawney, Andrews, Brimstone, Taylor, C B and Simpson, Cockers, Barker, Tilston, A J Clarke, Carthy MBE., Bailey MBE, SparksMBE>, Andy Irvine, and Garbutt !!!!

Thanks to everyone involved

see Spotlight thread for your name if it aint here!

and Josie on the raffle

See you around

Plough next Sunday 30th Nov 08
