Apparently in todays British Navy, the answer is 'Send him to the Priory for £28000'
According to todays Daily Mail that is what was done with an unnamed rating from the amphibious assualt craft Albion who was suffering from alcohol addiction. It did no good, he was back on the sauce after a couple of weeks!
I can't make it scan as a lyric, though!
